Example Leadership Development Journeys

With RSA we created a journey for high potential executives to build their capability to think strategically, to deliver positive results, and to build their personal leadership style. The journey comprised initial assessment centre and selection, experiential workshops, strategic project based learning sets and coaching. Outcomes included successful projects, promotions of participants to roles of greater responsibility, and strong personal motivations to continue individual leadership journeys.

 

With the Law Society undergoing huge change our Leadership Development Journey was designed to equip managers to lead and support change. Participants came from across the organisation and shared a journey comprising experiential workshops, project based action learning sets, masterclasses, and on-line learning community. Outcomes are impressive and include greater commitment to change, doing so much more with less, increased confidence trust and collaboration.

 

With Hitachi aiming to build strategic thinking, people leadership and commercial skills in high potential leaders we created a 9 month journey that combines 360 feedback, experiential modules, work based projects, mentors from a previous cohort, and action learning sets. Outcomes show significant shifts in strategic and commercial awareness, better relationships and more effective influencing, and strengthened ability to develop and coach others.
